We wish to inform you, pursuant to art13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016, Your personal data in our possession, or that you will give to us for the business relationships relating to the submission of offers or contracts of sale, are the object of the processing of personal data and manuals as defined in article 4 of the same law, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency for the following purposes:
The data may be communicated and/or disclosed to our subsidiaries and affiliates, our sales network, banking institutions and financial intermediaries, if engaged in the enforcement of our payment orders, auditors of the financial statements, loan recovery, and other professionals involved in the management of economy and trade.
They may also be communicated to the carriers for the purposes related to the delivery of the goods.

Any Vs refusal to provide the data, in the cases in which the provision is mandatory, as a consequence, to the inability of the company AUTOMATON 2000 S. R. L. fulfil those legal obligations related as to civil, fiscal and accounting and to their contractual obligations and, therefore, to continue our business relationship agreement with the Vs. Company.
The HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT, AND’ AUTOMATON 2000 S. R. L. the updated list of those responsible for and in charge of processing can be consulted at our office.
